Payment Policy
Online Transfer (via FPX): Online payment will be processed by Stripe payment gateway. Payment will be processed in real-time and you will receive your ticket in your inbox within 24H after payment has been verified.
Credit Card (via Stripe): Payment via credit card will be processed via Stripe. We DO NOT accept off-line credit payment for the time being.
Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer: Payments by check or wire transfer should be made no later than 6th August 2024. Payments must be received for the full amount due. If the processing bank deducts a service fee, any amount deducted from the payment will be due. Please email us a copy of the bank transfer receipt / wire transfer once payment has been made.

Registration Policies: Cancellations, Substitutions & Changes
All fees are non-refundable after 6th August, 2024.
Refunds: Paid registrants who cancel will receive a refund less a cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be in writing and sent to [email protected] on or before 5th August, 2024.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant before 4th August, 2024. You may submit your request via email to [email protected]
Double Registrations: If you have mistakenly registered twice for the same conference, please email us IMMEDIATELY or we will hold you responsible for the cost of both registrations.
Discount Codes: Only ONE discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration. After initial registration, any codes added will be removed.
